Our Terms & Booking Conditions

Availability may be determined by phone, website or e-mail.  Reservations are made subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of credit card particulars to confirm your booking.

Card payments incur a £3.00 surcharge.

Check In/Check Out:  

Check in is 15:30 onwards check out around 10:00. Guests wishing to arrive any earlier/later may do so by prior arrangement only.  

Cancellations:  

Reservations may be changed or cancelled without any charge up to 7 clear days before the day of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, a charge (up to 100% of the price) may be made if the room cannot be re-sold. Deduction for the first night will be made for a no-show.
